About Mel
Is kinesiology suitable if I’m feeling overwhelmed or stressed?
Many women seek support during times of stress or emotional overload. Sessions are designed to feel calm, grounding, and supportive.
Do I need to know what I want to work on before booking?
No. It’s very common to arrive feeling unsure. Sessions meet you where you are and unfold gently from there.
Do you diagnose medical conditions or replace medical care?
No. Kinesiology does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. It works alongside other forms of care to support wellbeing.
What happens during a kinesiology session?
Sessions involve conversation, gentle techniques, and body feedback. You remain fully clothed and actively involved throughout.
Can sessions be done online?
Yes. Online kinesiology sessions are available and follow the same supportive, personalised approach as in person sessions.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies from person to person. Some notice changes after a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing support depending on their goals and circumstances.
Are workshops part of the support you offer?
Yes. Workshops are offered at different times and focus on topics such as stress, sleep, and creating sustainable wellbeing.
About Kinesiology Sessions
What actually happens in a kinesiology session?
We begin with a conversation about how you’re feeling and what’s been coming up for you. From there, the session unfolds gently using kinesiology techniques, guided by what feels appropriate for you on the day.
What is EMK kinesiology?
EMK stands for Emotional Metaphysical Kinesiology. It’s an approach that focuses on emotional stress and patterns that may be held beneath the surface. I use EMK to support awareness and gentle change without force or pressure.
Will I need to talk about personal things?
Only if you want to. You’re always in control of what you share. There’s no pressure to explain everything or revisit anything you’re not comfortable discussing.
Is kinesiology similar to counselling or therapy?
No. Kinesiology is a body-based wellbeing approach. It doesn’t replace counselling, therapy, or medical care, and can be used alongside other forms of support.
Do you diagnose or treat medical conditions?
No. I don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions. Kinesiology is offered as supportive wellbeing care only.
How might I feel after a session?
Everyone’s experience is different. Many women describe feeling calmer or more settled, while others notice gradual shifts over time rather than immediate change.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies from person to person. Some women come for short-term support, while others choose ongoing sessions depending on what they’re working through.
Are sessions available online?
Yes. Online kinesiology sessions are available via secure video link and follow the same calm, personalised approach as in-person sessions.

About Our Wellness Products
Do I need to be having kinesiology sessions to access wellness support?
No. Some women choose wellness and nutritional support on its own, while others use it alongside kinesiology. It’s flexible and guided by what feels right for you
Do you provide personalised supplement recommendations?
Yes, where appropriate. Any recommendations are made thoughtfully and with clear boundaries, based on your needs and circumstances at the time.
Are supplements required or pushed?
No. Supplements are always optional. I don’t push products, and support can exist without them if that feels more suitable for you.
Can this replace medical or dietary advice?
No. Wellness and nutritional support does not replace advice from your GP, dietitian, or other healthcare professionals. It’s offered as complementary wellbeing support only.
What types of supplements do you recommend?
Recommendations may include general nutritional or wellbeing supplements designed to support energy, gut health, or everyday balance, depending on individual needs.
Are supplements safe to use?
Supplements are suggested with care and should always be used as directed. If you have medical conditions or take medication, I encourage you to check with your healthcare
